A Podere is an extensive farm house that incorporates multiple dwellings. “Podere Provinca” includes two entirely seperate units. Located one kilometer from Micciano, and including a 3,5 hectare property, Podere Provinca is blessed with its own fresh spring providing pure water as well as fruit trees, an olive orchard providing organic “olio extravergine”, and a vinyard supplying sangiovese grapes for the house wine .
Near the house there is also a swimming pool and a "loggia" . There are many different terraces and all enjoy an excellent view over the Tuscan landscape. In the guest house, including the appartment, you have a big eat-in kitchen, a lounge area, 3 two person bedrooms and 3 one person bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, both with a shower and a toilet and 1 bathroom with a bidet and a bath.
The guests can make use of the BBQ and the loggia, where you can also cook.
The surrounding countryside is ideal for hiking and taking long walks. Upon arrival you will receive a folder with information about all the things you can do in the area.
